1:1 Personal Training

55-minute sessions tailored to your needs and goals. Introductory sessions will establish your baseline strength, mobility, movement patterns and fitness level. Regular follow up sessions are programmed to facilitate your progress towards improved overall health and function.

 

1:2 Personal Training

55-minute sessions completed with a partner. Increased accountability when training with a friend, colleague, spouse/partner. Introductory sessions will establish baseline strength, mobility, movement patterns and fitness levels of each participant. Follow-up sessions are programmed to meet and challenge each client individually within the context of a partner-driven workout.

Semi-Private or Small Group Training

55-minute sessions completed with a maximum of 3 people in the studio at one time. Ideal for those who enjoy the energy and camaraderie of group workouts, with greater supervision, exercise cuing, and modification.

1:1 Sports-Specific Training

55-minute sessions with a focus on strength, power, explosiveness and agility necessary for improved performance on the field, court, rink, pool, etc. A combination of weight lifting, plyo metrics, cardio intervals, and coordination drills unique to your individual sport and goals. May also be completed 1:2 or in small groups with a maximum of 4 participants
